The new CX 985 relects Sennheisers pursuit for perfect Sound. This evolutionary new product improves on the highly regarded CX 980. It features a stylish metal alloy housing and redesigned miniature dynamic transducers. The CX 985 looks impressive and sounds every bit as good. The dynamic transducer has been re-tuned for precision performance; dynamic deep bass, smooth mid-range and extended treble response. Ultra low harmonic distortion contributes to a sonic presentation that is just what the artist intended. The redesigned 3.5mm audio plug can be configured for "straight" or "90 degree angle" to minimize strain on your audio player's output connection. The cable is an ultra-rugged, tangle-resistant "Y" style featuring a metal crafted slim line volume control. The cable can be anchored to the user's clothing with the included cable clip. A new carrying case is provided that includes a variety of silicon ear tip sizes and other accessories.
